Things You'll Need:
- 1 to 2 heads broccoli
- cauliflower, if desired
- 1 lb tomatoes
- mayonnaise
- spices

Step 1
Wash vegetables and pat dry with a clean towel. Chop into bite-sized pieces and place in mixing bowl.

In smaller bowl, stir together about 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1/2 tsp parsley, 1/4 tsp dill, cracked pepper, or just whatever spices you have on hand that will look good!

Step 3
Pour mayonnaise mixture over the veggies and toss until well-mixed. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
