Things You'll Need:
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 1 7 oz jar marshmallow cream
- nutmeg
- rum
- brandy
- hot water
- 2 bowls
- wooden spoon
- mugs

Step 1
Separate the eggs. Place egg whites in one bowl and yolks in another.

Add cream of tarter to the egg white bowl and then beat whites until stiff.

Add powder sugar to egg white bowl. Mix throughly and set aside.

Whip the egg yolks until thick and add in marshmellow, stirring well.

Slowly fold the egg white mixture into the egg yolk mixture.

Refrigerate mix until ready to make your drinks.

Step 7
Spoon 4 tablespoons of refrigerated mixture into the bottom of a mug.

Add 1/2 shot each of brandy and rum to mixture in mug. Fill remaining portion of the mug with hot water. This will cause the batter to rise to the top of the mug.

Garnish top of mug mixture with nutmeg. Serve and enjoy!
