This breathing tecnique is used in Hatha Yoga and serves to calm down your nerves.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Breathe in deeply and hold for 4 counts

  2. Step 2

    Let it out through your mouth

  3. Step 3

    Breathe again more deeply and hold for 5 counts

  4. Step 4

    Let it out through your mouth

  5. Step 5

    Repeat again, holding for 5 counts. Repeat up to 9 nine times and if you want you can go longer
