Things You'll Need:
- knife
- boiling water
- ice water
-
Step 1
grab the knife and cut across the center of the potato. (not too deep)
-
Step 2
boil the potatoes until they are fully cooked (112 F), you can check by sticking a knife trough them, if the knife goes across smoothly its because they are ready.
-
Step 3
get a bowl with water and at least 30 - 40 ice cubes. make sure the water its really cold. (45 F)
-
Step 4
put one potato in the water and wait 10 seconds. get the potato and with both hands try to get the peel out all together. (see illustration)the peel should come out entirely.
