How to add an image to your Outlook signature

Adding a litte image above or beside your name gives in your signature can add that little something to your emails. Here's how to do it in Outlook 2007.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    OUTLOOK 2007:

    Open Outlook. Click "Tools" then "Options", then "Mail Format" and click on "Signatures".

  3. Step 3

    In dialog box, create the text to your signature however you'd like it.

  4. Step 4

    Once your done with your text, set your curser to where you'd like to insert your image. Click the "picture" icon on the right side of the text tools next to the globe. Find the picture you want and press "Insert".

  5. Step 5

    When done, click "Okay", then "Apply", then "Okay"

  6. Step 6

    Your new signature is all set!
