Things You'll Need:
- 4 T sweet woodruff
- 2 T lemon balm
- 2 T lavender
- 1 T chamomile
- 1 T hops
- 1 T rosebuds
- 10-15 drops chamomile essential oil
- 10-15 lavender essential oil
- 10-15 drops clary sage essential oil
- 10-15 drops marjoram essential oil
- 1T powdered orrisroot
- 1 small zippered pillow case

Step 1
In a large bowl, mix woodruff, lemon balm lavender, chamomile, hops and rosebuds.

Step 2
In a separate bowl mix the essential oils with the orrisroot.

Step 3
Add mixture together and stir.

Step 4
Fill pillowcase, zip and add it to your bed pillows for sweet dreams.
