Learn how to teach children about the importance of missions with an idea that they can be involved in.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • sandwich bags
  • cookies (homemade or store bought)
  • brownies
  • trail mix
  • ribbon
  • blank business cards
  • hole punch
  1. Step 1

    Gather your supplies and your children.

  2. Step 2

    Have the children fill the sandwich bags with goodies.

  3. Step 3

    Think of words of comfort or choose a bible verse to be printed on the business cards.

  4. Step 4

    Print business cards or handwrite for a more personal touch.

  5. Step 5

    Punch holes in the cards and cut ribbon to tie the bags. Tie the bags and place in a basket or container of your choice.

  6. Step 6

    Load the children in the vehicle and drive down to your local hospital to deliver the treats. Place the treats in the ICU or surgery waiting room for families of patients to enjoy.
