Things You'll Need:
- One Can Chick Peas (Garbanzo Beans)
- Real Lemon Juice
- Fresh Garlic or Garlic in the jar
- Tahini Paste (Sesame Seed Paste)
- Sesame Seeds
- Paprika, Salt, Pepper
- Cayenne Pepper ot hot sauce if you like it spicy
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Blender or Food Processer
- Fresh veggies, Pita chips, or other items for dipping

Step 1
Add to Blender or Food Processor: One Can Chick Peas (drained), 1/4 cup Tahini paste, 1/4 cup sesame seeds, 1 Tablespoon lemon juice, 1 Tablespoon or 3 cloves of garlic, 1/4 cup olive oil.

Step 2
Blend or process until itmes begin to come together. Add more olive oil until desired consistency is reached. This dip is usually rather like oatmeal in consistency. Add salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. Add Cayenne or hot sauce if desired.

Step 3
Dip may be served immediately or chilled and then served.
