Step 1 - Cat Yoga PoseBegin by placing your hands and knees on a yoga mat in a tabletop position. Keep your hands directly below your shoulders and your knees beneath the hips. This is your starting positioning.

Step 2 - Cat Yoga PoseAs you breathe in, open the chest forward, let the spine curve go downward. Lift your head-up slightly.

Step 3 - Cat Yoga PoseExhale slowly as you start to arch the back upward. Bend your head inward and relax.
