Make Halloween Ghost Sticks

Looking for a treat for Halloween that is also great for school Halloween parties. Here is the recipe.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • A bag of Pretzel Sticks
  • White Chocolate Bark
  • Chocolate Sprinkles
  • Mini Chocolate Chips
  1. Step 1

First you will need to melt the white chocolate or white chocolate bar in a plastic bowl in the microwave. You can also use a double boiler method.

  2. Step 2

Put some aluminum foil or wax paper down so you will have a place to put the pretzels after you dip them in the melted chocolate. You can also use a cup or heavy bowl and lay them in there without the sides touching. Check the height first so you know if it will work.

  3. Step 3

Start dipping the pretzels in the chocolate and then just before the chocolate sets, add two chocolate sprinkles for the eyes and one mini chocolate chip for the O of the mouth.

  4. Step 4

You can also use black icing to make the eyes and mouth.

  5. Step 5

Serve them with a cup of hot cider for a great Halloween treat. Or bundle several up in cellophane and a tie to give for parties and trick or treaters.
