Here's a crispy, cruchy, juicy recipe for crusted pork chops. Delish!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 t. sage
  • 1/2 t. garlic powder
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 6 pork chops with bone (about 3 lbs.)
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 t. pepper
  • 1/4 c. buttermilk
  • 1 1/3 c. crushed potato chips
  • 1 egg
  1. Step 1
     

    Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Coat a jellyroll pan with cooking spray. Combine the salt, garlic powder, and sage. Sprinkle over each pork chop on each side.

  2. Step 2
     

    Combine the flour, pepper, and crushed potato chips. In another bowl, mix together the egg and buttermilk. Dip the pork chops into the liquid mixture and then coat each chop with the potato chip mixture. Press lightly into the pork chops.

  3. Step 3
     

    Place the pork chops on the jellyroll pan. Spray with cooking spray. Bake for about 20 minutes. Turn chops over and spray them with cooking spray again. Bake for another 20 minutes or until the meat is fully cooked.

    Enjoy this juicy pork chop recipe with a potato dish, vegetables, or even some wild mixed rice.
