Things You'll Need:
-
Step 1
In a mini food processer or blender, mix in rosemary, garlic ,thyme, salt , cayenne pepper, black pepper and olive oil. When it forms a paste, it's done. This should take 5 seconds.
-
Step 2
Take your lamb and place it on a work surface. Rub the paste all over the lamb. Marinate for about 1-4 hours.
-
Step 3
Heat a grill over a high flame. When it begins to smoke, add lamb chops and sear for about 3 minutes on each side. Transfer to plates and serve.

on 10/4/2008 We used to eat lamb chops all the time when I was little, but as an adult I somehow forgot all about them as a dinner option. This sounds really easy and really tasty...I need to reinsert lamb into our menu plans! :-)
