How to make Grilled Lamb chops

  • 6 lamb chops
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon of rosemary leaves-chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
  • sea salt
  • fresh ground pepper

      In a mini food processer or blender, mix in rosemary, garlic ,thyme, salt , cayenne pepper, black pepper and olive oil. When it forms a paste, it's done. This should take 5 seconds.

      Take your lamb and place it on a work surface. Rub the paste all over the lamb. Marinate for about 1-4 hours.

      Heat a grill over a high flame. When it begins to smoke, add lamb chops and sear for about 3 minutes on each side. Transfer to plates and serve.

    for marinade....try using hung curd or whey stead of red wine,mustard oil,ginger and garlic paste,coriander seed paste,fennel, indian red kashmiri cayenne pepper,some lemon juice and salt....cook over a charcoal fired bbq...voila
