Things You'll Need:
- 1 reduced fat graham cracker crust (Keebler Ready Crust has a low-fat version)
- 1 15 oz can fat-free sweeetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 8 oz pkg fat-free cream cheese (reduced fat can be substituted for a more creamy flavor)
- 1 tsp vanilla

Step 1
Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Whip package of cream cheese in large mixing bowl at medium speed on your mixer until cream cheese becomes fluffy.

Step 2
Slowly add sweetened condensed milk while continuing to whip cream cheese.

Step 3
Add lemon juice and vanilla until well blended.

Step 4
Once mixture has been blended well, pour into prepared graham cracker crust.

Step 5
Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving. Garnish with strawberry sauce, chocolate, or other desired topping. Makes 8 servings.
