Don't give up the things you love because you're dieting! Here is an easy, low fat cheesecake that requires no baking and is full of flavor!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 reduced fat graham cracker crust (Keebler Ready Crust has a low-fat version)
  • 1 15 oz can fat-free sweeetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 8 oz pkg fat-free cream cheese (reduced fat can be substituted for a more creamy flavor)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  1. Step 1

Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Whip package of cream cheese in large mixing bowl at medium speed on your mixer until cream cheese becomes fluffy.

  2. Step 2

Slowly add sweetened condensed milk while continuing to whip cream cheese.

  3. Step 3

Add lemon juice and vanilla until well blended.

  4. Step 4

Once mixture has been blended well, pour into prepared graham cracker crust.

  5. Step 5

Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving. Garnish with strawberry sauce, chocolate, or other desired topping. Makes 8 servings.

Tips & Warnings
  • To make the recipe less fat but have more of a creamy flavor, many have suggested using 4 oz of reduced fat cream cheese and 4 oz of fat free cream cheese.
