Things You'll Need:
- Definately need: 2 egg yolks, 3 tblsp. suggar, 1 cup of milk, a whisk
- Possible need: a pot and a stove

Step 1
Whisk two egg yolks, the sugar, and milk. Add nutmeg and/or cinnamon to spice it up. Pour into cup and drink!

If you are concerned about bacteria (i.e. salmonella from the eggs), whisk the two egg yolks, sugar, and milk over medium-low heat until the temperature reaches 170 degrees Fahrenheit---this will pasteurize the eggs, making it safe to drink.
After the eggnog reaches 170 degrees Fahrenheit, remove it from the heat and allow it to cool. Afterwards, add nutmeg &/or cinnamon if desired, pour into cup and drink! -
Step 3
Of course, you can always add a little whiskey or rum to your eggnog, if desired. Just remember not to drive if you do!
