Step 1
First, try to get a +2/+3(or higher) skill set. Also try to get +6 skill weapon or two +3 skill weapon. And finally get the highest level jewelry that you can equip.

Step 2
Then get your sword rank to regular ar first then get these following sword skills on the given levels.
Level 9 Flash Draw
Level 9 Impact Stab
Level 9 Rising Shot -
Step 3
Then equip yourself with crappiest blade/katana and kill semi low damage mobs. Cast regen buffs on yourself (and any usefull buffs you have) .
Cast regen or any other useful buffs on yourself. -
Step 4
Then combo using the 3 skills I mention above. Try to get atleast 11 combo and make it Good or Excelent cause Good gives you +10% skill experience and Excellent is + 20%.
