Things You'll Need:
- 2 c. flour
- 3/4 t. salt
- 3/4 t. baking powder
- 1/4 t. baking soda
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 T. melted margarine
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. Egg Beaters
- 1 t. vanilla
- 2 T. cocoa powder

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat loaf pan with cooking spray. In a bowl, combine baking soda, baking powder, flour, and salt. In another bowl, beat sugar and butter until blended. Mix in buttermilk, egg substitute, and vanilla.

Stir in the dry mixture. Combine 2/3 cup batter with cocoa; reserve. Pour remaining batter into the pan. Top with spoonfuls of cocoa batter; swirl into vanilla batter using a spatula.

Bake for 45-50 minutes or until done. Cool on rack. Enjoy!
