on 12/22/2008 Weight Watchers is by far the best diet. It's not actually a diet, but a way of life. Unlike the pre-packaged meal plans, WW teaches you "how" to eat. They encourage healthy weight loss at about 1-2 lbs. per week. After all, you didn't put in on overnight. This plan is also inexpensive and you eat "real" food. I lost 70 lbs in 8 months on WW. It is GREAT!
