Things You'll Need:
- Plastic or cloth bag
- Baking soda
- Vacuum Cleaner

Step 1
Toy bagPlace toys in a bag.

Step 2
Baking sodaPour ½ cup of baking soda into bag.

Step 3
Remove OdorShake toys around until they are well coated. The baking soda will help draw out any dirt, soot, and odors.

Step 4
CleanRemove toys from bag and dust off any large amounts of baking soda.

Step 5
VacuumUse a vacuum cleaner with a hose attachment to suck up any remaining residue.

on 7/24/2009 I just tried this with my son's plush rattles since they can't be put in the washing machine, and the baking soda didn't really do anything to clean them. The vacuuming just fluffed them up a little.
