Things You'll Need:
- salt
- pepper
- white vinegar
- olive oil
- 2 1/2 pound of salmon
- 2 mangoes
- 1 onion

Step 1
cut mangoes into small pieces, add vinegar and let it sit for 1 hour.

Turn on oven to 350 degrees. Take 2 sheets of foil wrap, add a 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil on the foil paper and place half one pound of salmon on one, and the other half on another. Cut onions in round shape and place on top of salmon. Wrap salmon up and place in the oven for 35 minutes.

Take salmon out, be very cAareful to not split the fish, place in a place and add mango on top or on the side. You can add salt and pepper as desired and eat with rice or pasta. Bon Appetit!
