Things You'll Need:
- Pie Dish
- 1 small box sugar-free cook and serve vanilla pudding
- 2 cups water
- 1 small box sugar-free strawberry gelatin
- 4 cups sliced strawberries

Step 1
In a medium saucepan, mix together the water and pudding. Bring to a boil over medium heat.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the strawberry gelatin, until totally dissolved.

Let the pudding mixture cool until it is room temperature.

While the mixture is cooling, line the bottom and sides of the pie dish with the strawberries.

Pour the cooled pudding mix over the strawberries. Place any remaining strawberries on top of the pudding.

Place the pie in the refrigerator and let it chill. Once it is chilled, take out and enjoy!
