Here is a perfect after dinner drink!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1-1/2 oz. Irish or blended whiskey
  • 1-1/2 tsp.
  • 4 oz. hot, strong, black coffee
  1. Step 1

    Mix coffee and sugar in an Irish coffee glass or mug.

  2. Step 2

    Add whiskey and top with whipped cream.

  3. Step 3

    Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or chocolate curls.

Tips & Warnings
  • As a variation, substitute Kahlua, Tia Maria or other liqueur of your choice in place of the whiskey.

on 10/2/2008 Interesting. I don't drink coffee. but would try this at least once, maybe with Kahlua. Sounds like a delicious idea for coffee lovers though. thanks for the recipe and suggestion
