Things You'll Need:
- Colored construction paper
- Double-sided tape
- Pencil
- Scissors
- Vase (optional)

Step 1
Draw a spiral on a sheet of colored construction paper. The spiral pictured is 3" in diameter. Draw a larger or a smaller spiral for a larger or a smaller rose.

Step 2
Cut the spiral out along the lines.

Step 3
Starting from the outside, put a small piece of double-sided tape on end of paper. Roll spiral tightly to end (center).

Step 4
Rolling up the spiral.

Step 5
A rolled-up spiral.

Step 6
Hold finger on center of rose and let loose end unravel and loosen up a bit.

Step 7
Secure the other loose end with double-sided tape if desired.

Step 8
I think a big paper rose looks gorgeous perched atop a vase!
