Things You'll Need:
- 2 Roma tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 clove of fresh garlic (minced or pressed)
- 2 Tbsp fresh basil (chopped)
- 1 can tomato soup + 1 can of water
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- salt to taste

Step 1
Saute the chopped tomatoes and garlic in a medium saucepan.

Add the basil and stir.

Add the tomato soup + water, pepper, and salt. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Add parmesan cheese and simmer until cheese is melted.
