A Hangover is caused due to the consumption of large amounts of alcohol or drugs. Hangover is most commonly associated with the after-effects of large consumption of alcohol. Make sure you have a lots of water after a heavy alcohol session to avoid hangovers.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Water
  • Starchy Food
  • Fresh Fruits and Vegetable Salads
  • Vegetable/Chicken Soup
  1. Step 1
     

    Consume a lot of water before you go to bed and also when you wake up. It provides relief from dehydration.

  2. Step 2
     

    Eat Starchy Foods while and after your are drinking.

  3. Step 3
     

    Eat Fresh Fruits or Vegetable Salads.

  4. Step 4
     

    Have a hot soup either be Vegetable or a Chicken Clear Soup.

Tips & Warnings
  • Never drink on an empty stomach.
  • Try to avoid Sweet drinks with alcohol while you drink.
