Things You'll Need:
- Combination of russet and red potatoes.
- FOR EVERY 2 POTATOES:
- One clove of fresh garlic
- 2 Tbs. butter, or more according to taste
- 1/2 Tbs. granulated chicken soup base or boulion
- 2 Tbs. sour cream
- 2 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley
- 2 Tbs. non-dairly powdered coffee creamer
- Small amount of cold milk.
- Black pepper

Step 1
Scrub potatoes & cut into quarters. Put in a pan for boiling.

Peel & slice garlic. Add to the pan with potatoes.

Add water to cover potatoes & cook until potatoes are soft. Peel potatoes after cooking if desired.

Drain potatoes, leaving a small amount of water in the pan with potatoes.

Add remaining ingredients, and mash with your favorite method: whip, mash, or rice. Use black pepper as you like it. If potatoes are too stiff, add a little milk until they are the desired consistency.
