Do you love the taste of beef, but want the health benefits of eating a red meat free diet? With the correct seasonings, ground turkey can taste like ground beef. This article will show you how.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Ground Turkey
  • Soy Sauce
  • Garlic Powder
  • Black Pepper
  1. Step 1

Heat an oiled skillet over medium heat.

  2. Step 2

Add turkey to skillet. Stir it around.

  3. Step 3

Now add the seasonings: Garlic powder, soy sauce and black pepper.

  4. Step 4

Fry up your turkey until most of it has a golden brown color and enjoy!

Tips & Warnings
  • This turkey is great for tacos, sauces and more.
  • This method can be applied to meatballs and patties as well. In my opinion, it's easier to tell the origins of the meat in this form. It's still delicious though, so it's definitely worth trying!
  • Be careful with the soy sauce, since it's salty.
  • If you're used to salting your ground when you cook it, make sure not to with this recipe that way you can add more soy sauce. It's the rich, full bodied flavor of the soy mixed with the garlic and pepper that gives that rich, beefy taste.
