How to Create an Agenda in Microsoft Word 2003
Lots of people use word processing software applications for different things. Some use it to create memos and letters, while others use it to help maximize efficiency of their daily workload at the office. And some people even use the handy agenda wizard, found in programs like Microsoft Word 2003, to create detailed daily agendas so they can keep track of their busy schedules.

Open the Agenda Wizard. Click on “File” and then select “New.” In the task pane that opens to the right click on “On My Computer.” In the new window that opens click on the “Other Documents” tab. Finally, click twice on the icon that is labeled “Agenda Wizard.” Click on “Start” once the Agenda Wizard opens to begin.

Choose your style. In the first window you can choose your style by clicking on the desired style from the displayed list. Click “Next” to continue.

Choose your details. In the next window that opens enter the desired details you wish to include into their corresponding fields. Enter the details and then click “Next” to continue.

Select the headings that you want to include. In this window you can check or uncheck heading boxes to add or remove desired headings. Make your selection and then click “Next” to continue.

Enter the names. In this window you can enter or remove names that you wish to be included in the agenda by entering the desired text into the labeled fields. When you're finished click on “Next” to continue.

Create agenda topics. In the next window that opens you can create new agenda topics by entering in the topic name, person and minutes into the corresponding fields. Click the “Add” button to add completed agenda topics. When you're finished adding topics click on “Next” to continue.

Add or remove minutes. In the final window that opens you can specify whether you wish to add or remove minutes from the agenda by clicking on the “Yes” or the “No” radial button. Then click “Next” to continue.

Implement the agenda. Click on the “Finish” button to create your new agenda.

Tips & Warnings
You can remove undesired topics in the agenda add topics window by clicking on the topic to select it and then clicking on “Remove.”
Make sure to save the agenda when you are finished creating it.
