Tips & Warnings
If the ravioli cannot be broken apart, cook the entire package and refreeze what is not needed. For the next meal, the frozen ravioli will only need to be reheated, making for a quick meal.
These tips work with most frozen, pre-packaged pastas like tortellini and stuffed shells.
Never allow the entire package to completely thaw unless you plan on cooking it immediately as this can cause the growth of bacteria in the product. Thawed, stuffed pasta should never be refrozen until after it is cooked.
