- Wool socks
- Winter boots
- Ventilated sneakers

Step 1
Buy wool socks appropriate to the temperature. In a very cold climate, you'll want thick socks; in a warmer climate, thin socks will do.

Take off your winter boots whenever you can. If you are sitting somewhere for a long period of time, removing your boots will allow your feet to breathe.

Wear breathable sneakers whenever possible. These will keep your feet cooler than winter boots.

Apply powder before you put on your socks if your feet consistently feel clammy and wet.

Take off your socks and shoes when you are home to allow your feet to get fresh air. Avoid slippers that make your feet sweat.
