Things You'll Need:
- ½ tsp. dried lemon peel
- ½ tsp. dried orange peel
- ¼ tsp. dried cloves
- ¼ tsp. dried allspice
- ¼ tsp. dried apple
- ¼ tsp. dried cinnamon
- 1 cup boiling water
- Re-sealable teabags

Step 1
Place the herbs into an unused teabag and seal. Re-sealable teabags can be found in most health food stores.

Pour boiling water into a teacup.

Add the teabag to the water in the cup, and allow the tea to steep in the hot water for at least 5 to 7 minutes (or longer, if desired). Discard the used teabag.

Add sweetener of your choice to the tea. Stir to dissolve.

Allow tea to cool slightly and enjoy.
