Consistency works best and your body reacts better to the oil this way.

      Use Evening Primrose to rid the body of belly fat. Use the oil on the body, and take the oral supplement. This combination releases belly fat by approaching it from within as well as from without. The oil leaves the skin soft and increases elasticity. Use sparingly and over time. Add a few drops to the bath and use an amount that is equal to the small of your palm to cover the belly evenly. Positive results occur when used with the supplement. If you drink a great deal of soda, this can take much longer. Some of the gases found in soda increase bloating. If removed or decreased from your diet, results show in a more pleasant time frame.
