Things You'll Need:
- 4 cups of tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, minced
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne or to taste

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. -
