Things You'll Need:
- 30 Large Shrimp
- 1 stick of butter
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- Dash of Parsley
-
Step 1
First remove the veins and clean the shrimp. Wash in cold water and season with salt and pepper. Place the shrimp aside until ready to cook. Remember that shrimp cooks very quickly.
-
Step 2
Chop the garlic and place in a skillet on low heat. Add the stick of butter. Let the garlic and butter cook until it starts to bubble. Can you smell the aroma? Is your family saying, "What are you cooking?"
Add the shrimp and cook until pink. -
Step 3
Set the table, open a bottle of sparkling cider wine and enjoy on a bed of white rice. I love to cook this meal on a Friday night. If you want to cut down on the calories you can use less butter, but it really adds to the flavor.

on 9/24/2008 Yum! I love shrimp and garlic!! This would be awesome, but my husband is allergic to shrimp. Hmm... I'll have to fix it sometime when he's not home. Thanks!
