How to Create Chunky Waves

How to have beautiful easy chunky waves for that messy wavy sexy hair-do.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• heat protecting spray
• medium hold hairspray
• one-inch curling iron
• defining cream

1. Start with wet hair.

2. Coat hair with heat protecting spray.

3. Tousle hair while blowdrying. Point blow dryer from root to tip so as not to disturb the hair cuticle.

4. Spritz hair with medium hold hairspray.

5. Wrap small sections around your one-inch curling iron. (You're going for imperfection here.) Keep the the bottom inch of strands out of the curling iron's clasp.

6. Rake your fingers through your hair.

7. Run defining cream through the bottom one-inch tips of each curl. Voila! Sexy Wavy Hair!
