How to make a low cost Halloween costume

Have no money to make a Halloween costume? I have some easy tips, low cost tips that will make you the toast of any costume party!

1. 1. Look in your closet! Any trendy articles of clothing will make a great costume. Have a retro-mod dress from a few seasons ago? Make it a Twiggy outfit! How about those ultra long peasant skirts? They make great gypsy costumes when paired with loads of costume jewelry!

2. 2. Use makeup! You can transform your face into a porcelain doll or the Joker with a little eyeliner, blush and powder.

3. 3. Use ordinary items from around the house. A bedsheet can easily become a toga when paired with some leaves of artifical plants as a a crown.
