  • 1 angel food cake mix, Duncan Hines Fat Free
  • 1 can - 20 ounces - Dole crushed pineapple
  • 9" X 13" cake pan
  • large bowl
  • rubber spatula
  • Cool Whip - Fat Free

Instructions

      cake mix

      Preheat oven to 375°.

      Open cake mix and dump into large bowl.

      Add entire can of crushed pineapple. Mix well. When the two items are mixed they will foam up.

      Pour batter into ungreased cake pan.

      Bake for 30 minutes. Cake will be golden brown.

      Remove from oven and place on a wire rack to cool completely.

      Cut cake into 12 pieces. Serve each piece of cake with 2 tablespoons of fat free Cool Whip.
