Here's a low fat breaded chicken recipe I like to use whenever I get the urge for fried chicken.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Skinless, boneless chicken breast
  • Corn or bran flakes
  • Salt and pepper
  • Milk
  • Cooking spray
  1. Step 1

Preheat oven to 400. Crush 1 cup of corn or bran flakes in a baggie. Place crumbs on a plate. I like the bran flakes; it gives you more flavor and fiber. Salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Step 2

Pour 1 cup of milk into a bowl. Wet the chicken with the milk then roll into the corn flakes. Place on a foil lined baking sheet.

  3. Step 3

Bake for 45 minutes or until chicken is cook through.

Tips & Warnings
  • This recipe is good for people wanting to cut down on fat and calories.
  • Always wash your hands after handling raw chicken.
