Things You'll Need:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup pumpkin, canned
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup raisins
- Baking pan - 15.5" X 10.5" X 1"
- FROSTING:
- 4 ounces cream cheese, soft
- 6 Tablespoons butter, soft
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon milk

Step 1
whisk dry ingredientsPreheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease the baking sheet and set aside.
Whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and baking powder. Set aside. -
Step 2
canned pumpkinIn a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin, eggs, oil and sugar.

Slow add flour mixture to egg mixture. Mix until combine.
Fold in the pecans and raisins.
Pour batter into baking sheet. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes. Bars are done if center springs back when toughed lightly with finger. -
Step 4
FROSTING: Mix together cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and milk.
Spread over warm pumpkin bars. Allow bars to cool prior to serving.
