- frost and tip kit,or highlighter for hair,towel, and comb

first take your frost and tip kit out of box,open it and mix the container with the powder

do not use the cap,

put it over intire head and leave it there till your hair gets to the lightest color that you want or for as long as the directions say then rinse out of hair towel dry it and add small amount of conditioner then style and go
