Step 1
first talk to your computer guy and build him up and inflate his ego by talking to him about windows 98 and how it worked great for you and how you enjoy your windows xp and how he so knowledgeable.

Step 2
let him answer a couple simple questions about windows xp, this helps boost his ego.

Step 3
tell him how priceless he is and he keeps your computer world turning and you would be lost without him. remember the higher he goes the further he will fall. it also helps to have several people there and have them constantly say I never heard of that, it explains a lot.

Step 4
Now as he is floating, drop the bomb. I have windows Vista! and it does this. just watch that little face pucker! now drive it home and tell him you want him to fix it.
