How to Wear A Ski Lift Ticket

Here's how to attach a ski lift ticket to your jacket at a ski resort.

Instructions

1. Attach the ski ticket to a place that's obvious, but not out of the way.
   
   Many resorts enforce ticket checking every run. You'll want your ticket to be obvious, and easy to show the lift employee.

2. Try affixing it to a lower side pocket zipper on your jacket, or on a side pocket of your snow pants. Make sure the ticket isn't completely under your coat if you attach it your your snow pants.

3. Place the wicket (metal ticket holder) or zip strip completely through a zipper or fabric loop. It needs to be solidly attached to your clothing in order to be legitimate.

4. If you like to collect and accumulate tickets on your coat, your top ticket should be the ticket you are using that day.

Tips & Warnings

• Don't attach the ticket to a glove or piece of clothing that can be easily removed. This ticket placement is not honored at resorts.
