Miso soup is a Japanese soup

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1/2 of dried seaweed
  • 5 ounces fresh tofu
  • 1/2 liter of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon powder dashi
  • 2 tablespoons of miso paste
  • 2 medium onions
  1. Step 1

    Heat the dashi in a pot over high heat

  2. Step 2

    Put the seaweed in a bowl and add water

  3. Step 3

    Put the miso paste in a cup and add a little of the dashi, mix until the paste is dissolved

  4. Step 4

    Pour the miso paste mixture into the pan

  5. Step 5

    Cut the tofu in small squares and add them to the pan

  6. Step 6

    Add the seaweed and water mixture to the pan, and put the heat on low

  7. Step 7

    Serve
