Keeping your Air conditioner in the proper condition is extremely important. Regular maintenance is necessary in order to get the most optimal performance from your AC. Follow these steps to get the most out of your Air Conditioner.

  1. Step 1

    Change or clean your filters once a month. Keeping your Air Conditioner filters clean, allows the air to flow easily. This increases the overall performance and efficiency.

  2. Step 2

    Check your Air Conditioner evaporator coil regularly. Remove dust from the coil to increase air flow.

  3. Step 3

    To allow your Air Conditioner to work efficiently, check for leaking air ducts or hoses and repair as necessary.

  4. Step 4

    For central Air Conditioner, clean the area surrounding the condenser, making sure that it is free of debris.

  5. Step 5

    Keep your Air Conditioner clean. When cleaning it, refer to the manufacturer's manual for the proper procedures.

  6. Step 6

    Add more Freon if it's running low or have a professional do it for you.
