Here's a quick way to lose 3 pounds in one week. Use the following meals and snacks every day for 1 week.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Breakfast- 1 bowl kellogs corn flakes with one cup skim milk

  2. Step 2

    midmorning snack- 1 piece of fruit

  3. Step 3

    Lunch- garden salad with one cup grilled chicken tossed in with fat free italan dressing.

  4. Step 4

    afternoon snack- 2 pieces of fruit

  5. Step 5

    Dinner-one serving of baked fish or grilled chicken with one cup of steamed vegetables and a small garden salad with fat free italian dressing

Tips & Warnings
  • Make sure to have dinner before 7 pm. After 7pm only snack on raw vegetables(carrots, cucumbers, celery)

on 4/29/2009 I have tried it, the key to success is working out, 15 mins on two cardio equipment, running or swimming for 30 mins, sitting the steam room for 15 3 to 4 times a week will help.
