  • Refrigerator croissants
  • Chocolate spread, such as Nutella
  • 1 egg, separated
  • Baking sheet
  • Butter

Instructions

      Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

      Place the croissants flat on a greased baking pan.

      Place a spoonful of chocolate spread in the center of each croissant and roll the croissants up.

      Brush egg yolk on top of each croissant and place pan in oven. Bake for 15 minutes. .Remove and allow to cool completely before serving
