Really good easy recipe for yogurt biscuits!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Step 2

    Sift dry ingredients together.

  3. Step 3

    Stir in yogurt and milk.

  4. Step 4

    Turn out onto floured suface and knead lightly.

  5. Step 5

    Cut or shape into 8 biscuits.

  6. Step 6

    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
