Things You'll Need:
- two lbs of veal
- 1 tbs of veg. oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of flour
- 4-5 cups of bread crumbs

Step 1
First you will need to cut the veal so that it is a thick steak or use an already cut veal cutlet and then cover it in flour.

Step 2
In a bowl, mix the oil and eggs and add a dash of salt or pepper, if you like. Mix well, even if it is frothy. Then put the veal in the bowl and cover it with the mixture so that is is all wet and then cover it with bread crumbs.

Step 3
Put veal in a pan that has oil in it and cook on a medium heat until they are brown. That's it, you are done.
