Aahh...a cup of steaming hot tea that is fragrant,light and good enough to chase away the blues on any given day!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • For 2 cups of tea:
  • Darjeeling tea leaves (2 spoonfuls)
  • 1 inch piece of ginger
  • Milk and sugar as per taste
  1. Step 1

    First boil 2 cups of water with the ginger piece.

  2. Step 2

    When the water starts bubbling, remove it from stove and add the tea leaves. Keep it like that for exactly 4 minutes.

  3. Step 3

    Drain the tea through a strainer into elegant cups, add sugar and milk as per taste, sit back and let the tea work it's wonders on you and refresh you completely!

Tips & Warnings
  • Timing is very important while making Darjeeling tea. You must make sure that the tea leaves are soaked for the exact amount of time - no more, no less.
