Things You'll Need:
- 4 cups pinto beans, canned or cooked, drained
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons taco or picante sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
