Make Asparagus Dip or Copycat Guacamole Dip

This is a great party appetizer dip.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 10 1/2 oz cans cut asparagus drained
  • 1 cup finely chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon recuded calorie mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
  1. Step 1

    Position knife blade in food processor bowl and add asparagus. Process until smooth.

  2. Step 2

    Pour into mixing bowl.

  3. Step 3

    Stir in the other ingredients.

  4. Step 4

    Pour mixture in a paper towel-lined wire mesh strainer or colander, and let drain 1 hour.

  5. Step 5

    Cover and chill at least 3 hours.
